We are Mike and Tammi Stafford. In 2017, we quit our jobs in Maryland and moved to Destin, Florida.
With over a decade of experience in the vacation rental industry, SummerLand Beach Homes offers a range of luxurious rental homes for unforgettable beach vacations.

There are multiple living room areas on each floor with lots of space to spread out. The house is well appointed and comes with all the comforts of home - comfortable mattresses & bedding, plenty of bath and beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen with plenty of seating for dining. We cooked a few meals at home and then dined out at of the many restaurants located within short distance of the house. The home is a prime location to the beach with easy access. Many times we walked to the beach which is only a 4 minute walk and enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart when we carted chairs and coolers to the beach. The house is conveniently stocked with Tommy Bahama beach chairs for use on the beach. On double red flag beach days, we enjoyed the pool at home. Backyard was a lovely place to gather with plenty of outdoor seating and lounges for our group. Would definitely stay again!Verified Great place great hostVerified It’s been 5 hours since we left and we are already trying to figure out when to go back !! We have been going to the Destin area for 16 years and have never came across a space that took into consideration EVERY aspect of a beach house. The place was immaculate! Close walking distance to beach, or a shorter ride on the golf cart. Close to stores, Destin Commons area and Whole Foods. The pool was a great size and the accommodations were all well thought out. Any kitchen gadget they had it. TV in every room and plenty of towels. Thank you to our host for being readily available to help us with any questions about the house. Can’t wait to book again.
